Dr. Theodoros Akrivos holds the position of Deputy Country Medical Director for Diaverum Hellas since May 2024.
He coordinates the integration of all clinics and ensures the implementation of high quality standards, based on Diaverum's proprietary Care Delivery Model. In addition, he is actively engaged in our training and education programmes, while he also collaborates with Diaverum's Corporate Medical Team on the implementation of an international training programme in POCUS for all Diaverum clinics around the world. Morevoer, Dr Akrivos, is the country’s vascular access coordinator.
Dr. Akrivos has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of both clinical nephrology and hemodialysis. During his career he had the opportunity to work in several hospitals and dialysis units both in Greece and abroad (Denmark). He also has a broad knowledge of medical informatics.
